HOUSE RULES

CHECK IN: CHECK IN is at 4PM on your arrival date.
​
PARKING You have two reserved parking spots. One is inside the garage and one is the covered spot outside the garage. Parking is very limited in the complex so make sure you use our spots only. You are subject to tow if you are in the wrong spot or bring extra vehicles. There are 2 open spaces, but we try to reserve those for maintenance. If you do use one, they are on a first-come / first-serve basis, and that can change any time you leave the spot. Please pull all the way into your space, to give room for others to get in and out.
OCCUPANCY Limits- The condo and our facilities are limited to 8 persons total. If you bring more to the condo or the complex, you will be subject to nonrefundable mandatory eviction. There are several onsite owners who will contact owner and authorities. Quiet time is after 10 PM in Indian Shores; please respect this and others on property. If you have further questions about this, please review the agreed to rental agreement on VRBO on our site or email us.
DOORCODES Once you have parked look for the middle right staircase on the building. Go up the stairs to the top floor and our door is marked A4. The door code to this door and the rear door will be given prior to check-in.

REPAIRS or EMERGENGIES Please call, text or email us at contact info below.

AIR CONDITIONING- Please do not turn down the AC below 72 as the unit could freeze up and then you will be without AC until it can be fixed and you don’t want that in Florida! The upper air conditioner should not be turned below 74.
POOL, and Fishing Pier - The pool is open Dawn until Dusk. In the winter it is heated. There is a men’s and women’s restroom in the pool area that you are welcome to use. You are also welcome to use the fishing pier.
TV& WIRELESS INTERNET- Network name is: A4IndianSands. We have a regular, 5G and EXT. Choose the stronger connection. Password is the same for all of them and given at check-in. TV service is thru Spectrum. The TV Guide is on Channel 2.

DRYER-If you use the washer/dryer, to reduce the risk of fire, please clean out lint trap inside dryer. Filter is on top of the dryer. Thank you.

FIREPLACE- Please Do NOT use the FIREPLACE.
​
GRILLS & Common area- There are charcoal grills and one electric grill in the covered common area under the building that you are welcome to use. Please clean grills and tables after use.

SUPPLIES-The condo comes with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and dishwasher detergent. There are several grocery stores within 10 to 15 mins of the condo OR
EXTRA CLEANING and CONCIERGE SERVICES Our local cleaning service is run by Jane Risbey Bosch. Her phone number is 727-564-0607. She also has a concierge service and if you wish her to pick you up beverages, groceries or are staying for an extended time and wish additional cleaning or laundry she can do that for an extra fee. Please call her for rates, availability etc. if interested in any extra services.

CHECKOUT TIME is 10AM-Please help us control costs for all guests by doing the following on the morning that you leave:
Turn both ACs up to 78 degrees. Turn off all lights and coffee maker. Load and run dishwasher.
Take garbage to the dumpster under the building next door.
Please close the doors on the balcony.
